High reliability

• A double-side double-wheel propelling system is applied. Each wheel is 90°to the horizontal plane; all the supporting wheels are 30°to the horizontal plane. In this way, all the weight of the machine fall on the supporting wheels, leaving the propelling wheels responsible for propelling only.
• Pneumatic and electric dual-mode control is used for the propelling mechanism of the internal welding machine.
• Welding torch rotation and welding are controlled by micro-controller units to ensure high reliability and stability.
• Real-time feedback of wire feeding speed and automatic wire feeding speed variation compensation are provided.

Large Line-up Supporting Force

• With large line-up supporting force, DPIWM series internal welding machines can correct the pipe ovality during operation.

High welding efficiency

• DPIWM series internal welding machines can adapt to a wide pipe diameter range from 24’’ to 62’’. Each machine can be equipped with 2-10 welding torches around the welding face to save the welding time and reduce the labor intensity in a maximum manner.

Easy to operate

• DPIWM series internal welding machines are equipped with the close control box and the remote control box. Specifically, the close control box is used to move the internal welding machine from one welding seam to the next, while the remote control box is used for pipe line up.
